Tajikistan Tour 4

Day 1: Dushanbe - Hissor - Dushanbe
Our greetings to travelers in Tajikistan tout! On arrival at the airport you will meet the driver and travel to Dushanbe. This tour will start by driving 35 km to visit Hisor fortress (VII-XVII centuries). This is the famous site has encouraged parts and citadel. The site used to be the residence of the delegate of the Emir of Bukhara and was placed on a high hill with strong walls of 1 m thick for guns and cannons. Also there was a pool and a garden as well as a busy market square with a caravan serai and shops. Being in Hisar you will see monuments of "Madrasa I Kuhna" (16th-17th centuries), mosque; the mausoleum of "Mahdumi Azam" (16th century). In addition, we will visit Botanical garden and Victory Park with a panorama view on the city. Transfer to a hotel.

Day 2: Dushanbe - Ramit - Dushanbe
This day of tour will start by driving to the natural reserve "Ramit" prearranged by the Government of the Tajik SSR in 1959. It is situated in the beautiful Ramit gorge, next the town of Vahdat, more than 80 kilometers from the city of Dushanbe. The territory of the reserve lies at an altitude of 1176-3195 m above sea level, on the slopes of the Hissar Range. In the Ramit Gorge you can see a river with fish. The rich flora of medicinal herbs will not leave anyone indifferent. You will see mountain goats, wild boars, and other species of animals and birds. One of the important successes of the reserve is the creation of an artificial population of Bukhara deer. Overnight is in a hotel.

Day 3: Dushanbe - Iskanderkul Lake - Dushanbe
The last of our tour will start by travelling to high Mountain lake - Iskanderkul (2 255 m. a. s. l.) located in the famous Fann Mountains. This excellent area is one of the best places of Central Asia. The highway to the lakes goes over Anzob pass (3 372 m) with astonishing panorama views. On arrival, you will admire stunning beaches and enjoy on warm sand. We will hike 40 minutes to see an amazing waterfall. Tajikistan takes the second place among the CIS countries for volume of water resources with the highest water reserves of all Central Asian countries with more than 1 000 rivers, 2 000 lakes and 8000 glaciers. Afterwards we will drive back to Dushanbe. Rest is in a hotel.
